Prixlo brings file management and calendar scheduling into one shared workspace. Public accounts start with Files and Calendar. Other business modules are not currently available through public signup.
Free covers everyday Files and Calendar work. Pro adds client signature requests, public booking pages, public links, version history and advanced PDF tools. You buy seats for editors, monthly or annually; the same editor using Files and Calendar counts once per organization. Each organization has its own plan and billing. Viewers and external guests are free. Current prices and limits are shown in Organization → Upgrade Plan.
You can use Files and Calendar on Free without a paid subscription. If your organization is eligible for a Pro feature trial, your workspace shows its availability, activation details, limits and exact end date. When a trial ends, premium features pause and your data is kept. There is no charge unless you subscribe.
Prixlo supports two-factor authentication, active-session management, organization permissions and file-sharing controls. The service also includes protections against brute-force login attempts and forged requests. You can review data handling in our Privacy Policy.
Pro includes API key access and Google Calendar import. Calendar import is manual and one-way; it is not two-way Google or Outlook synchronization. Available integrations and permissions are shown in your workspace.
Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; refund requests are reviewed under the Terms and Refund Policy.
